Larry Gill

CEO

Larry Gill is the CEO of X1 and has 20+ years of experience as a CEO, CRO, CMO and VP of Product in the eDiscovery, compliance, SCM and cybersecurity industries.

Prior to X1, Larry was the CEO of Phoenix Technologies Ltd. and its wholly owned subsidiary iolo technologies LLC. Prior to that, he was SVP of Sales & Marketing for Guidance Software (NASDAQ: GUID), having led the company through its IPO in 2007 until its acquisition by Open Text (NASDAQ: OTEX). Prior to Guidance Software, Larry held numerous senior executive leadership roles at Aspen Technology (NASDAQ: AZPN) and its acquired company which he helped to co-found, Petrolsoft Corporation.

Larry started his career as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, is a decorated combat veteran, and has a BA in History from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Rob Lekowski

Chief Revenue Officer

Rob Lekowski brings over 20 years of combined legal, eDiscovery and investigations technology expertise to X1, having previously held senior positions at several innovative companies in the eDiscovery space. Throughout his career Rob has been known for his work introducing new and innovative technology to the legal and investigation services market. Rob has recruited and coached some of the very best in the legal industry. His proven practices on building people, process and technology has consistently ignited significant growth with every organization he has worked with. Rob has a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management and engineering from Purdue University.

John Patzakis

Chief Legal Officer

As Executive Chairman of the Board and Chief Legal Officer, John shapes and guides the company’s strategy and vision. He has an extensive background and expertise in enterprise software, eDiscovery and corporate compliance, combining strong knowledge of both the law and the supporting technologies in those areas.

Prior to joining X1, John served nearly a decade at Guidance Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: GUID) where he held several senior management positions, including Chief Strategy Officer, Vice Chairman, Chief Legal Officer and President and CEO. While at Guidance, John led the transition of the company from start-up to a major enterprise software firm and grew revenues from $5 million to $40 million during his 3-year tenure as CEO.

Prior to joining Guidance, John spent eight years practicing law in the fields of commercial litigation and business transactions. John received an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and a JD from the Santa Clara University School of Law.

Allan Long

Executive Vice President of Client and Consulting Services

Allan Long is Executive Vice President of Client and Consulting Services at X1. Allan brings over 15 years of experience focused on the use and implementation of eDiscovery, data governance and machine learning applications. Allan consults regularly with customers who are focused on improving efficiency and controlling risk in the corporate enterprise.

Prior to X1, Allan has held Senior level roles with several companies including Recommind, CaseLogistix, Opentext, Xerox and Ricoh corporations.

Kunjan Zaveri

CTO

Kunjan Zaveri is the CTO of X1. Kunjan brings over 17 years of experience in eDiscovery, Information Governance and Cybersecurity industries. With a primary background in Electrical Engineering, he also has extensive experience in both hardware and software development.

Prior to X1, Kunjan was the VP of Engineering at iolo technologies LLC. Prior to that, he led the development of eDiscovery and Compliance tools for Ernst & Young Fraud Investigation, Dispute and Technology practice. Prior to that, he led the development of eDiscovery and Cybersecurity products and was in charge of Product Management at Guidance Software.

Andrew Kang

CFO

Andrew Kang is the CFO of X1 and leads the General and Administration functions.  He brings over 30 years of financial experience to the role, having worked at companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500.  He brings expertise in management of the controllership function, software revenue recognition, preparation of financial statements and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to X1, Andrew was the CFO of Phoenix Technologies, Ltd., and its wholly owned subsidiary iolo technologies, LLC.  Prior to that, he consulted for high profile pre-IPO companies such as Splunk, Okta, Cloudera, Grove, guiding them through the IPO process, first year audits and management of the controllership and/or software revenue recognition functions.  Prior to that, he worked for publicly traded software companies such as Phoenix Technologies, Business Objects and Peoplesoft in the Controllership and software revenue recognition functions.  Andrew started his career working for Big 4 Accounting firm Deloitte and Touche and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive status) in the state of California.

Andrew received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.

Charles Meier

Vice President of Product

Charles “Chas” Meier is the VP of Product atX1. Chas brings over 20 years of in-depth technology expertise and eDiscovery industry experience to X1 having previously held long-term senior positions at KPMG and other prominent multinational organizations in the eDiscovery space.

Prior to joining X1, Chas Meier was Advisory Managing Director at KPMG US for over two decades where he held leadership positions in development, operations, and support & optimization of solutions. Prior to that he enjoyed successful tenures at Arthur Andersen, Hennigan, Mercer, & Bennett, and Stone & Webster Engineering/LADWP.

Joe Seguino

Director of Solution Consulting

Joe Seguino is the Director of Solution Consulting at X1. He has been with X1 for over 15 years focused on supporting our enterprise and data discovery customers.

Joe is responsible for all major deployments of X1 for our customers and has guided numerous roll-outs ranging from as many as 35,000 end users all the way down to hundreds of users. In his previous roles, he supported network architecture and security and prior to that he was developing software for healthcare providers and insurance companies.

Karen Haworth

Director of Marketing

Karen Haworth is the Director of Marketing at X1. She brings over 15 years of marketing experience to the role working at companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500. She has led marketing initiatives in several industries including Education, Government and multiple sectors of Technology.

As X1’s Director of Marketing, she is responsible for leading, developing and executing marketing and communications related strategies and initiatives in support of the company brand and across the product suite of data discovery solutions. Karen started her marketing career in Corporate Marketing Communications at LSI Logic Corporation and has a BS in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay.
